General

We pick & pack orders like ninjas but they can sometimes take 24-48 hours to be processed- This may take a little longer following a weekend, public holiday or a massive sale event like Black Friday. Click here For full Black Friday FAQ's.

Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post delivery zones and time frames and unfortunately does exclude order processing time.

International shipping times can vary depending on your location. All our international orders are shipped via DHL. All the tracking deets will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched from the warehouse.

Our team loves to chase the vibe! So all orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 4pm on Friday it won't be packed until the following Monday.

A confirmation email will be sent from LSKD when your gear is packed and then you will hear from Australia Post with the tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

We will deliver to the address you provide when placing your order. If by chance the details are incorrect and LSKD has to resend a parcel you may be liable for this expense. Please double check your details!

Our deliveries will require a signature. If you aren’t home (AUS) your package will be taken to your local post office. If you do opt for a ‘safe drop’ option or have ‘authority to leave enabled’ LSKD will not be liable for the package.

All orders are shipped from LSKD HQ located in QLD

Individual countries and their local authority are subject to change.  Import taxes and fees are completely out of our control and must be paid by the recipient so we recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be.

If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded  less the original shipping costs.

LSKD believes in honesty so we will not mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ or ‘sample’ to avoid you paying taxes/import fees.

The LSKD QLD Office is located at: U1 9/65 Christensen Rd, Stapylton QLD 4207.

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Shop & Collect is available as a ‘shipping’ option at checkout when you order and is available for pick up at our Stapylton QLD Location! 

How will you know when you can pick them up you ask? You will be notified via email when your gear is packed and ready for collection (when you receive the email, this will usually mean your package will be ready next business day) 

We don’t have stock on location so we are unable to offer exchanges at our HQ office. 

Shop & Collect exchanges will need to be done online (full return FAQs here). If you’re tossing up between sizes we recommend purchasing both and giving them a try on when you collect them. We can then refund the one that doesn’t fit! 

Due to storing stock over multiple sites unfortunately we can’t pack your order on the spot if you do drop in to our office! You will still have to place an order online and wait for the email confirmation. 

If your parcel is not collected within 10 business days your order may be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit. - The items will be restocked for sale.

If you choose this option and later require the package to be shipped, postage/ shipping charges might be charged
