We understand sometimes when in a rush to get your order placed mistakes happen, however our team can only make amendments to addresses before the order is shipped. If your order has not left the building reach out to our epic team and they will amend your address. If the order has been shipped please reach out to the relevant shipping provider (Australia Post/DHL) and lodge an address change/redirection with them.

SAFE DROP ISN’T ALWAYS A SAFE BET!
For the safety of your new gear all of our orders require a signature on delivery- We understand that you are busy and may not be home so you can choose to give the courier authority to leave or already have this permanently in place for your address. Unfortunately if you do request a safe drop we can’t cover you if something goes missing or is damaged - sorry!
SHOP & COLLECT
Legends, we offer Shop & Collect at our HQ in Stapylton! Few housekeeping rules:
1. Shop & Collect is only available if you have placed an order through the LSKD.co website.
2. Please only arrive to collect your items after you have been notified via email that they are available for collection.
3. We can’t exchange sizes when you collect your order, if you are tossing up between sizes we recommend purchasing both and giving them a try on when you collect them. We can then refund the one that doesn’t fit.
4. Due to storing stock over multiple sites we can’t fulfil your order on the spot you will need to wait for a dispatch notification.
I AM MISSING ITEMS OUT OF MY ORDER
Oversells and mispicks can happen, we are all human! Please simply get in touch with our Customer Experience team and we can assist you and work through it together. If for any reason an item is oversold you will be refunded and notified by email so please check your emails before reaching out to our team.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Our returns policy and process is the exact same as our regular returns. So Yes! You can. We know how busy this period can be so we have extended our returns! You are eligible for store credit/exchange for 60 days, the normal time frame of 30 days applies for any refund. **Please note you will be refunded/receive store credit for the amount you paid for the item being returned at the time of purchase - No original shipping costs are refunded**
