Shipping & Delivery

We pick & pack orders like ninjas but they can sometimes take 24-48 hours to be processed- This may take a little longer following a public holiday or a massive sale event.

Our awesome team also love to chase the vibe! so all orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 3:30pm AEST.

Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post/DHL delivery zones and time frames and unfortunately does exclude order processing time and customs processing times.

Tracking info will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

We will deliver to the address you provide when placing your order. Unfortunately if the details are incorrect LSKD is not obliged to re-send your order at our expense- Please double check those details.

International deliveries are shipped via DHL and tracking information will be provided via email once dispatched from our warehouse

International shipping times can vary depending on your location.

All International deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs inspections or duties set by each individual country and their local authority and are subject to change.  Import taxes and fees are completely out of our control and must be paid by the recipient so we recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be.

If delivery is refused and is returned to sender, your order will be refunded  less the original shipping costs.

LSKD believes in honesty so we will not mark your parcel as ‘gift’ or ‘sample’ to avoid you paying taxes/import fees.

If you'd like to visit the LSKD office to collect your new threads, you're in luck - we are now offering Shop & Collect.  As with all good things there are a few T&Cs:

1. Shop & Collect is only available if you have placed an order through the LSKD.co website.

2. Please only arrive to collect your items after you have been notified via email they are available for collection

3. We can’t exchange sizes when you collect your order- If you are tossing up between sizes we recommend purchasing both and giving them a try on when you collect them. We can then refund the one that doesn’t fit.

4. Due to storing stock over multiple sites we can’t fulfil your order on the spot if you do drop in to view our showroom - You will still have to place an order online and wait for the dispatch notification to receive your goods as not everything is kept on site- sorry. 

5. If your parcel is not collected within 5 business days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit. - The items will be restocked for sale.

For the safety of your new gear all of our orders require a signature on delivery- We understand that you are busy and may not be home so you can choose to give the courier authority to leave or already have this permanently in place for your address. Unfortunately if you do request a safe drop/ATL though we can’t cover you if something goes missing or is damaged- Sorry.

Sometimes we need to contact you before your order can be processed- So be sure to respond to any calls or emails from us to avoid any delays.


All orders are shipped from LSKD HQ located in QLD

We can only make changes to your address before it is packed so it is really important to contact us right away. If your order has left us you will need to contact Australia Post/DHL to make these changes.

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to activate and update- please let us know if you are unable to track your order after this time.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new LSKD threads so we happily offer returns for store credits or refunds within 30 days of purchase!

We unfortunately don’t offer exchanges at the present time-sorry! If you are wanting to return your item in exchange for something else we recommend either of the below options.

Placing a new order online for the new item and returning the original for a store credit or refund. OR returning your item for a store credit-you can then use your new store credit to grab your new item/s.

All returned items must be in original, re-salable condition-They must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Be sure to package them safely when sending them back as we do reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet these requirements.

If you return all or part of your order for a refund you must also return the gift in unused condition If you do not return the gift with your items the amount will be deducted from your refund.

For our friends in Australia, NZ and the US we offer a free return label! If you do opt for a refund though we will deduct $8 for the use of the label from your refund amount.

Once your return arrives into our warehouse it may take 1-5 business days to be processed and you will receive an email notification once completed. This may take longer during peak periods. 

Hats must be returned inside a box the same way we sent it to you to avoid being damaged and mis-shaped. Please do not return a hat in a parcel bag.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.

For health and hygiene reasons some products are not able to be returned- this included socks, jocks, facemasks & water bottles.

Final Sale items and trust us packs are not able to be returned.

Not in love with your new threads? Please utilize the return form included with your order, this will have all the instructions on how to lodge your return - Please ensure each step is followed carefully to avoid delays and you also must complete paper form and website form (links below).

If you are outside of Australia, NZ or the US you will need to pay for return postage yourself with your chosen courier service-Sorry!

Our bio-degradable bags are re-sealable so you can re-use this to return your items. If you have thrown this away you can use any bag you have handy or purchase postage satchel from the post office

Be sure to keep hold of your tracking number for the return as it will be needed to track your delivery back to LSKD.

You are welcome to return items from multiple orders in the one parcel, just be sure to note all order numbers on your returns form.

If you have opted for a refund our returns team will have this processed in 1-5 business days once your return arrives back to us in the warehouse. This may take longer during peak periods.

We can only refund back to the payment method and/or card used when placing your order. 

If you have opted to use our return label and chose a refund we will deduct $8 for the use of the label from your refund amount.

If you have paid using a buy now pay later service option like Afterpay, Klarna, ZipPay, Laybuy etc your funds will be refunded back to this service. For more information about how each of these services adjusts/refunds your payment instalments we recommend checking their official website.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed- depending on your financial institution it may take 1-10 business days for funds to clear and become available in your account (most clear within 3 business days).

Once your return arrives and is processed by our returns team your new store credit code will be emailed through to you-Its ready to use straight away!

Our store credits are valid for 12 months! So you have stacks of time to find the perfect stuff to spend it on.

To use your store credit just enter the code into the ‘gift cards/discount’ box at checkout and click apply.

You don’t have to spend your store credit all at once, the balance will remain so make sure you keep hold of your store credit code.

How does your return work if you paid with a buy now pay later option?

Store credit: Your return will be processed as normal and your store credit emailed through to you- Your payment instalments will remain the same and do not need to be adjusted or cancelled.

Refund: We refund back to Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna or Laybuy directly. The refund amount you then receive in your bank account will depend on the status of your installments. 

Any future installments will be adjusted/cancelled accordingly and any installments you may have already paid will be refunded to your linked card/account by Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna or Laybuy themselves.

We recommend checking the website of the buy now, pay later company you use for more specific details around their refunds and how this affects your installments.

We can not cancel or pause your installments while your return is being sent back to us or awaiting processing. Any instalments due will continue to debit until your return has been processed.

Payments, Promos & Gift Cards

We gladly offer stacks of options for payment including buy now pay later options - Credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay, Laybuy & Klarna.

Unfortunately we can not change your payment method once your order has been placed. 

Orders are charged in AUD$ and may be converted to your local currency by your bank on their end depending on the conversion rate at the time of the purchase. Some banks do apply fees for currency conversion or international purchases so this may show differently on your statement.

To have your discount applied to your order be sure to enter your discount code into the ‘Gift card/Discount’ box at checkout and hit apply! Your order total will automatically adjust.

We can not apply your discount code after your order is placed-Sorry! Be sure to enter it correctly before checking out.

You can score discount codes by reviews on products you’ve purchased. This also helps our LSKD community and us by reading your product reviews.

Everyone loves a discount! But you can only use one discount code per order and some are not valid in conjunction with other offers.

Discount codes are not valid for use when purchasing gift cards.

If you lose or misplace your discount code, unfortunately we can’t provide you with it again.

Most codes are one time use only. If you do return an item that was purchased using a discount code you unfortunately can’t use that same discount code again on future order.

Often we run awesome promos where you can score free gifts with your purchase like LSKD duffle bags or drink bottles. Each promo does have terms and conditions and is not available in conjunction with other offers.

You must hit the minimum order amount to score your gift and must be in a single transaction. We can’t combine multiple order for you to make up the minimum order amount- Sorry!

You must add your gift to your cart before checking out. You will need to click the ‘Claim free gift’ button in your cart to claim your gift, if you don’t do this your gift will not be added to your order.

We can not add promos and gifts to your order after it is placed or to orders placed before the promo offer began- Please double check you scored your gift before proceeding to payment.

If you return all or part of your order for a refund you must also return the gift in unused condition If you do not return the gift with your items the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts with purchase are not able to be claimed when purchasing a gift card. You will however be able to take advantage of any promotions and gift with purchase offers running at the time of spending the gift card

We value the safety of your details and money so sometimes may need to verify the order was authorized by you!

Don’t stress! We do this to 100s of orders each day and orders can be selected for various reasons- We only need to cross-check the info you provided and may need extra details like a proof of purchase to verify the payment.

We have processes in place to ensure the security of your personal information, including encryption of all data when it is transferred to our service providers and limitations on access to personal information within our organisation.

Order Info

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email once your order has been place- This will be sent to the email address you provide and depending on your email settings can land in your junk/spam folder.

Our stuff sells out fast! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the item. It can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

We can not hold items

We restock and release stacks of new items each month! If you are keen on an item or size that has sold out be sure to hit the ‘notify me’ button so we can let you know as soon as its back! 

We try our best to make sure our website is error free but mistakes do happen. We fix issues as quickly as we can however we do reserve the right to cancel your order if an item is incorrectly listed.

Some of our threads are just too good so we may advertise a pre-order. Your pre-order item will be shipped out from the date specified along with any other items you grabbed at the same time. 

You’ll find our items available for pre-order by following us on socials and checking out our ‘Coming Soon’ tab on our website!

We can not ship out any other items you ordered with your pre-order item earlier than the date advised.

There is limited stock available even in pre-order so it is best to get in quick!

We know mistakes happen! We only have a small window where changes to your order are possible so it is important to contact us straight away with your order number and all the details about the changes you need to make- The more details the better!

We are unable to combine your orders to be shipped out together-sorry! We receive 100s of orders each day so if you place multiple orders they will be processed and shipped out separately.

We can only make changes to your address before it is packed so it is really important to contact us via phone right away. If your order has left us you will need to contact Australia Post/DHL to make these changes.

Our dispatch team are super fast! So we can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.

We have stacks of cool stuff but unfortunately we can’t add items to your order after it has been placed. This would require a separate payment via our secure website payment platform so best to place another order to grab that extra item!

Received a faulty or item? We want to provide top quality threads, so if you do find that your new item arrives in less than perfect condition please contact our customer experience team with your order number and photos of the item showing the fault so we can get it sorted.

Received an incorrect item or missing an item? Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders but mistakes do happen. If you receive an item that is different to what you ordered please contact our customer experience team with your order number, images of the item/tags you did receive and the blue card showing who packed your order. We can then help you with the necessary steps to have it fixed up for you nice and quickly!

In some instances we may not be able to determine the fault or extent of the problem via photos so we may request you return the item to us for assessment before resolution can be offered.

We try to keep ur stock levels as accurate and up to date as possible. Sometimes items are so good that multiple customers try purchasing them at the same time. Sometimes our website isn’t fast enough to update and let you know the item has sold out while you were placing your order so In these instances we may need to contact you to let you know your item had sold out and organise a refund.
