A NOTE FROM LIZZIE

YEP! is such a simple, positive but powerful little word. When I’m running races, “YEP!” is the word I say over and over in my head to remind myself that I’m capable. Capable of doing hard things, chasing big goals, getting out of my comfort zone, and doing things that scare me a little!

Eventually, this little word became the name of my travelling run club. I wanted to create a space where people with that same positive mindset could come together, run, connect, and cheer each other on.

And now I’m SO excited that YEP! gets to be part of my LSKD collection too and a way for me to share my favourite word and this message with everyone!!

I hope when you wear these pieces, you’re reminded that YEP! you can do hard things, you don’t have to do them alone, and you’re probably way more capable than you think!
