- Some nights are harder than others, this is one of them and you don't have to face it alone. This will be a brutal 12-hour overnight erg relay in teams rotating through 4 machines.
Mixed Teams of 3
You'll compete in mixed teams of three, requiring at least one male and one female member. Tackle each station together, strategically breaking up the workload however you see fit to maximize your team's unique strengths.
2hrs 50min Per Station
You will spend a grueling two hours and fifty minutes grinding through the work at every single station. Afterward, enjoy a brief ten-minute recovery break to catch your breath before the next challenge inevitably begins.
12 Hours Long
This grueling 12-hour event runs from 8 PM to 8 AM, deliberately chosen to mirror the dark, late hours when mental health struggles often hit the hardest. Push through the exhaustion and find your light in the darkness.
Four Wave Rotation
Through our four-wave rotation system, every single team and station operates simultaneously. When the buzzer goes, everyone rotates to the next zone together, which creates a unified atmosphere of relentless work and shared community triumph.

WHEN WILL THE LSKD 1% BETTER HUB BE OPEN?
The LSKD 1% Better Hub will be open from Wednesday April 8th through to Monday April 13th.
WHAT IS THE LSKD 1% BETTER HUB?
In partnership with the Brisbane Bullets, LSKD has created a dedicated community space directly across from the Convention Centre for Brisbane Hyrox. The 1% Better Hub is designed to give athletes a place to train, recharge, recover and reset throughout the event. It’s also a space for our wider community to connect and be part of the action. Across the week you can expect exclusive 1% Better Hub product drops, partner samples and giveaways, plus interactive challenges and activations to keep the energy high. Built for performance.
