"First of all I panicked and needed to swap sizes right after ordering and that was SO easy to do. So THANK YOU for that option! Second the jacket is perfect. It's thick and roomy. I did size down one to have a more fitted look and love it. Appreciate the high zip and oversized hood so my whole head and ponytail fit without issue. I would totally buy this again!"
