Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"So lightweight and soft! Flattering back lets you show off your cute bra. Sits nicely at the waist which I like to cover up my tum but still shapely enough to not hide your form too much (good for your Pilates instructor to be able to see). Loses one star as the fabric does wrinkle quite easily, not so great to shove in your bag."

The first time I wore it I noticed it had developed “bally” patches but I could not recall any abrasion that should have caused it. If the material quality improved I would buy every colour as it is the perfect top for reformer Pilates, but it’s now limited to my “only wear at home” pile"
