I have both a small and medium - if you have a small waist and bigger hips (I’m a 14 hips and 6-8 waist, 165cm and 58kg for ref), still go the small as it stretches well! So comfy, so functional, no chafe, enough pockets, the tighter band at the very top is really flattering, means the rest stretches better when moving and keeps your items in the back pocket secured.
