"I normally wear a large with gym shark and muscle republic for their shorts. but I find LSKD sizes to be a little on the smaller side , so XL is needed if you’re a size 12-14 normally. Once I got the size correct , I will say these are great shorts !! Doesn’t gape around my waist and no front seam is amazing too. I typically do strong pilates which is cardio , pilates and strength and these have stretch and thickness - so they’re very robust for al styles of fitness!"

The Energy Print Marshmallow design is even prettier in with the flesh, I usually stick to black but these are gorgeous. Perfect for workouts or everyday wear. Definitely a favourite and would happily purchase again!"

"I love the fabric and hold of these shorts. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star rating is the seam around the thighs are a little tight and cut in a little. But if I went up a size the waist would be too big as these were already gapping a little. Still would wear them though!"

"I think fusion are my favourite type of short from LSKD they hug in all the right places, the fabric is super soft yet lightweight and I find it doesn’t ride up as easy as the slippery sort of fabric. And pockets of course super handy"

"I honestly thought that all the hype about LSLD was worth the money, but these are the worst shorts i have run in in a very long time. You can see sweat patches very obviously, it looks like you weed yourself and on top of that, after 10k today, ai was chafing around my thigh area, ehich i have not had with other shorts in 6 years of running. These are for walking and mild exercise, not running."
