They are so comfy that you can forget about your clothing and completely focus on your lifting, which does not always happen with other shorts! "I normally wear a large with gym shark and muscle republic for their shorts. but I find LSKD sizes to be a little on the smaller side , so XL is needed if you’re a size 12-14 normally. Once I got the size correct , I will say these are great shorts !! Doesn’t gape around my waist and no front seam is amazing too. I typically do strong pilates which is cardio , pilates and strength and these have stretch and thickness - so they’re very robust for al styles of fitness!"

"I love the fabric and hold of these shorts. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star rating is the seam around the thighs are a little tight and cut in a little. But if I went up a size the waist would be too big as these were already gapping a little. Still would wear them though!"
