Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"First, I absolutely adore this color combination! The blue and yellow scream summertime athletic girly 🩵💛 second, the little added designs are such cute and sweet touches that make me love my purchase even more. Third, the bottom of the tank top is oddly tight. I’m 5’5” 125lbs and it’s uncomfortable when sitting. It digs into my stomach and makes me wish I had gotten a medium instead of a small. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase but would recommend sizing up with this item!"

"I love this tank design and the colours are unreal. It just doesn’t really work well for smaller girls with large busts. I am a size 8 band with an F cup (crazy I know) and most of your products actually don’t tend to discriminate in this department, but this top has a lot of spillage and the thin neck strap is quite painful! I’d love to see this with big bust friendly mods (like the DD+ momentum bra!) Genuinely just making a thicker strap and a bit more coverage on the side boob area would make this cater to a lot more people!"
