Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

"The fabric definitely felt different to my other tights, slightly stiffer? Not bad, just different! Compression tights. Love the white contrast, looks flattering on me. Love the pockets. My only critique, they roll over at the waist so I have to keep adjusting. They’re the only pair of LSKD tights to do that on me."

"I was hoping they would be a good option to replace the progression tights I have previously bought but I have found they don’t stack up. The waist band rolls down and they bunch behind my knees."

"I usually wear reps, so the bonded waistband was a bit different. It rolls a little on me but I have a short torso. I love the contrast piping, the details are cute! Fabric says rep but it feels a bit stiffer than my other actual rep leggings."
