Q. How long will it take to get my order?
Our epic Distribution Center Team will be hustling to get orders out the door. With the influx of orders we’re expecting a 15 day delay. Keep an eye on our socials for updates on how the team is going!
Q. Can I return my Black Friday order?
Yes absolutely, we’ve extended our Store Credit and Exchange window to 90 days YAY! Refunds are still available for 30 days anddd did you know we offer FREE returns for AU, NZ and US community!
Q. Can I shop the Black Friday sale in store?
YES! Butttt we won’t have everything that’s on the website in store! All prices will be the same as online!
Q.Will my cart or Wishlist be cleared when the sale goes live?
Eep! First in best dressed for this one - we have to reset everything pre go live, which means wishlists and carts will be cleared. Tip: go old school with a written list and use an express checkout like Apple Pay or Shop Pay for the fastest checkout!
