For the waist I should have gotten a small rather than an extra small, but the length of it shouldve been extra small or xxs. If you're someone with hips, this short isn't really designed for you! "I have a complicated affection for these shorts. They are one of the few styles I keep returning to because they work better for thicker thighs than most performance shorts I have tried. The cut feels easy, the colour is striking, and they do feel like a useful option when other shorts simply do not sit right. That said, they still ride up more than I would like, which can lead to uncomfortable chafing during movement. I also find that once they shift, the shape can look a little awkward on the body. I still reach for them because they solve part of the problem, but I do wish they offered a little more security and grace through the thigh area."
