"I’m really disappointed in LSKD. Without opening this product, I decided I wanted to return it because the socks I selected were too long and I wanted the quarter crew ones instead. When returning it to a store, they said they don’t accept them because of a policy. I understand not accepting opened socks or underwear but when the product is clearly still in the packaging and not used, it’s a really poor customer experience to say they can’t be returned. . this has made me reconsider purchasing from LSKD again."
