"I’m really like this top! Fabric is very soft but it’s still a firm fit. When paired with a sports bra, it holds the girls in while running. I’d go a regular size or size up - it’s quite snug which is good cause it doesn’t move around but I wouldn’t want it any smaller. I went a S and I’m usually an 8. Love the colour too."

"Really enjoying my flow performance top! It has a soft feel and is quick drying which I love. I run, lift heavy, enjoy pilates/stretch and mobility and it suits everything I do.
