The 1% Good Club

The 1% Good Club – Cooper Chapman.

Mental health isn’t just something to think about when life feels tough. It’s something we can nurture every single day.The 1% Good Club is a fresh and practical way to dedicate just 1% of your day (14 minutes) to simple, proven habits that can transform how you feel.
After my career as a professional surfer, I realised success on the outside meant little if I wasn’t looking after what was going on inside. This book is the toolkit I wish I had earlier, filled with science-backed practices that help you feel calmer, more present, and genuinely good about yourself.

Inside, you’ll learn daily rituals like breathwork, meditation, gratitude, and the power of connection. You’ll also discover the story of my collaboration with LSKD, where we inspired over 1,500 students through workshops that showed how small actions can spark real change.

Good mental health isn’t about a perfect destination. It’s about showing up every day and doing the little things that add up over time. The 1% Good Club is your invitation to start.
