Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position, keep the arms relaxed and by the side.

Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"The overall quality of the garment is heigh. I appreciate the longer length of the trunk cover. Is good for bar work and hangs The feel of the cotten is good, well balanced, not to thick, not to thin In addition the ease of the tag removal with out destroying the stitch work is appropriated. Meaning that there isn't a scratchy half tag stabbing you in the back of the neck. I would say that you pay for these features in excess but, if you can justify the cost and can afford it. Why not."
