Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

Great Shorts with Minor Waistband Issue
"Great quality shorts! The fabric is slightly thicker than the Elixir range, which I like because it doesn’t show panty lines. I’ve worn them several times, and the legs don’t roll up during workouts. The only issue is that the waistband at the tummy area tends to fold or roll down during certain movements. Overall, still a great pair of shorts that I’d recommend."

"Very comfy but definitely don't pass the sweat test! In fairness I wore then for a 30km run so got very sweaty and they stayed comfortable the whole time which is far more important than not being able to see that I've sweat. Would absolutely recommend unless you want to pretend you don't sweat while exercising."

"These tights are ok! Not excellent, but Ok. No front seems is the reason I chose them- and that’s good. The waist isn’t as high as pictured, and the full length certainly is a little more ‘7/8’ than full. Have worn to Pilates and for walks and they have performed well. I feel like there is a gap under my butt cheeks when I walk, which is a weird thing specific to these tights - none of my others (diff brands) do that. So yeah, not the excellent tights I’m searching for, but will do!"

"These shorts are ultra comfy and sit high on the waist to provide that little extra support where needed. They are a great length in the leg especially for anyone looking for alittle extra leg coverage without going full length. This short is awesome in this colour Cherry however would be great if available in all colours. Have also found stock supply is not often available."

Design is ideal - pockets are always a win in women’s trousers. Colour is a win for me, looks as it does in the photos. These have survived many WODs and runs since buying them.
