Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"It's supposed to be oversized but its so short. I am 186cm tall and it is very short on me. Most oversized shirts in other gym brands like Lorna Jane and Muscle Nation actually cover my bottom or part of. This tee, doesn't even come close."
