Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

"I absolutely love the Progression leggings and shorts. They're incredibly supportive with an ultra-high-rise waistband that holds my post-pregnancy belly comfortably without digging in or rolling down. I find they stay in place much better than the Fusion range. I really hope they release more colours, although I have a feeling LSKD might be discontinuing this style, which would be such a shame because they're by far my favourite."

They’re comfortable for both workouts and everyday wear, and the quality feels excellent. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sizing runs quite small. I would recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit. Other than that, they’re stylish, flattering, and definitely worth the purchase!"
