Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"I always order Xs when I get this kind of tank, but when I saw it I genuinely thought they gave me the wrong size because it looked so much smaller then a Xs normally is. I put it on and it felt so much tighter than all the other tanks I’ve got. I recommend going a size up then you normally are unless you like the feeling of being suffocated. I definitely can’t exercise in this one because I fear I would have a nip slip. I compared it to the other tanks I’ve got and it’s definitely an inch or more smaller then my other two tanks which are both supposedly xs"

Would’ve been too small for sure otherwise! I am only giving 4 stars because there is no padding! It needs padding. Can definitely see my nips through it! And I do mind!
