Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

"Love the fusion short in the longer length. I haven’t had any issues with the waist band rolling down or with the legs riding up. These are the most comfortable running shorts I own and have heaps of pocket space for gels, phone, keys etc. although it can be difficult to get stuff out quickly because they’re so deep. The pink colour does show sweat pretty easily, so keep that mind mind if it concerns you. I’m between a small and medium on the sizing chart but prefer the fit of the small in these. It’s definitely worth trying on a couple of sizes if you’re not sure."
